CAPITAL COMMONS GARAGE
The Capital Commons parking garage is located between South Main Street and Storrs Street on the lot known as the Sears block. There are 510 parking spaces as well as an elevator and multiple stairwells for easy access to different levels.
Entrance: The
entrance to garage is on Storrs Street. There is access to Main Street on foot
from Level 3, the elevator
or the stair tower.
Hours & Fees: Monday through Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 50 cents per hour. Park for FREE between the hours of 5:00 pm to 9:00 am.
New!! Pay for parking by using the new kiosks that have been installed. The gate system is no longer in use.
Find a parking spot and remember your parking space number because you will need to enter it into the kiosk.
Go to the kiosk and follow the directions to pay for your parking.
NOTE: If you need assistance, there are phones at the garage entrance that you can use to contact the Parking Control Unit.
