I was born in Fort Madison, Iowa.  I married Tracy Branch Coen in 1971.  I have two daughters Jane Tewksbury and Georgia Coen and two grandchildren Jackson Myles Tewksbury and Katherine Foster Tewksbury.  I have live in Concord since 1972.

I graduated from Central High School in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1967; was in the US Coast Guard from 1967 to 1971; and received a BS in Marketing from New Hampshire College in 1974.  I am the President of Page Belting Company, Inc.

I am currently an Incorporator for Capital Regional Healthcare Inc., Incorporator for the Capital Center for the Arts, and Co-Chair of the Delta Dental Futures Golf Tournament.

I received a meritorious citation from Concord Firefighters in 1989 and the Sam Walton Business Leader Award in 1999.
